I took a peek at your website and saw the below description of the new shipping features. I really like what you are doing.

Has a Freighting mode useful for hands-free movement of large quantities of items from point A to B, picking up and dropping of to/from a station hangar or POS corporate hangar array

Is this something I could use to consolidate all of my high security assets to one location? Is it station container aware/compatible? I would love to have something I could tell to collect assets from particular named containers in some or all stations. For me this is a pain point that I would love to automate.

The freighter mode is only really capable of moving stuff from point A to B because I can't reliably retrieve a list of assets in various stations.
Right now it's just a "dumb" freighter; it moves everything it can fit in its cargo from point A to B. I can possibly work on making it aware of containers and empty large ones, but it would be low priority as I'm focusing on bugfixes before starting ratting.
