GAH all downloaded and patched and still not working!! same error even though the game is fully downloaded please help!!! =)

i just saw this with search function sorry that because im slowly downloading the game with the patcher while i play it wont work b/c i need full version or client? can someone explain how to get the full working version of EQ i need fast? or do i wait for another 8 gig using the launch...

i'm getting a windows error when i load the everquest.exe from my directory with innerspace its saying i print screened the error in attachments any help would be greatly appreciated !!!! cheers
