I know, it is a weak Ascension Class, but.... Any way to add Tainted Mutation (crap verdict) to the Ascension use tab?

Would it be possible to to have a "# of ppl" added to Rhythmic Overture? I would like to require its use only with larger groups and i cant seem to find a way to do that with the options given it.
