Well after pulling some hair out, I think I found the problem...not sure why, but when I unchecked the "crowd control" the toon started casting fine.....dunno, but it seems to be ok.

I just re sub'd ogre after taking a few months off of boxing. All my settings are the same, isxeq2, innerspace, ogre is all loaded just fine. I pulled out a training dummy to see how my casting order is doing, and yes I did do the ogre spell, so all the new spells are updated and in the ca box...
