Yes, it can make your toons follow, heal, mana feed, etc.. etc.. There is a wiki thats a work in progress, the basics as far as settings are listed. www.isxri.com/wiki (you'd probably wanna look at the CB link) Normally were in discord chat and tend to help a lot there.

From my understanding, you've gotta create a level 1 character for all your toons to show up.
