When I run craft I now need to hit "begin" and then hit "repeat" while doing writs. Is this new? Before, the script would run automatically until the number of scripts finished. What am I missing?

On both my bots it says when running rush orders to edit the writs. However, both writs are accurate when I look at them. At lvl 80 sage the 79 is 2,2,2, which is what I have. Also, my script folder has a "red" mark on it. I know this means something is wrong...but what?
