WHen i try to log on it gives me an error that i have to use patcher because no assets are available

I had to reload windows on my computer so in turn eq2 and isx-innerspace. I have everything set up but it keeps asking for my userid and password when i try to do the ext isxeq2 in the ~ window. I put them in and hit save but it wont take them it just keeps reverting to the empty userid and...
