I am having the same issue here and I also run McAfee. The only way I could avoid it was by turning off the real time scanning. I tried everything. To top it off, I forgot to disable full time scanning and when I returned to the computer, every instance of the ISXEQ2.DLL file were wiped out...

I have used ISX for some time now and no real issues, but only used the eq2bot. decided to try craft and harvest ones and have all kinds of issues. My toon is walking backwards or side to side right after I start the craft or harvest scripts. In either case it does nothing but walk backwards...
