Ok i finally did get it activated. Now I guess its just figuring how to do it. Sorry to be a pain. Thank you for your help.

I have installed all Innerspace and ISXVG. When loading I get the isx Authentication with login and password info. I put in the information and get an d error that says "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application." And it wont let me do anything else. I have tried manually installing...
