Only thing similar I know of so far is to click the Strip Mine option which mines an area clear before moving. I know it's not exactly what you're looking for, though.

If you're running evebot, set your cargo threshold to 1 less than your capacity after you mine all the ice you can. This will trigger it to go drop off then return to mining. EDIT: That wasn't very clear. Say your cargohold is 4567. You would want to set it to 3999 or it'll never trigger.
