I keep getting this message when I try to save the EQ@Chars.inc file. " You don't have permission to save in this location. Contact the administrator to obtain permission" following the Wiki step by step I am lost at this point, also I do not see the readme file here either.

any ideas why it keeps telling me access denied when I attempt to save over the EQ2Chars.inc file? I am simply adding my chars here etc. after I attempt to save the file it ask to replace I hit Yes then another box pops up access denied.
