How do I get the Location or Entity ID of a Corporate Hanger Array in space, so I can interact with it?

Incase it helps, when it hangs on the "waiting for agent" message after turning in a mission, it does : waiting for conversation, Agent:: you need to turn in your other mission first, Waiting for Agent, agent:: Agent complete message
