meant to say : i'm NOT getting popup authenication tool. so how do i authenicate manually if the isxeq2.xml doesn't exist. thanks.- Slistak

trying to get setup initally and i'm getting popup authenication tool. so follow instructions to manually enter subscription information by editing the iszeq2.xml but that file doesn't exist. am i missing something?- Slistak
