i keep getting the same thing ive tryed to ctrl+alt+delete but it dont free it up im sure its something im not doing right i just cant figure it out lol

ok kinda need some help here . when i try to start the game it will load but freeze with the first set of numbers at 999 when i try the default it tells me it dont match to run patcher also in the drop down it dont say what one i need from twonk
