I had the same issue last night. i read on the SOE forums that if youre using a custom ui, you may need to delete the main_hud_knowledge file from the custom UI folder. i did it and it worked for me last night.

I tried that last night after i realized what i had done. I couldnt get that to work either. i tried extracting to the eq folder and also tried to put it in the client exe. file itself but it would only just try to start eq2. After fiddling with it for awhile i remembered the restore previous...

I accidently logged in through the patcher yesterday and now i get the " Clients Dont Match" window when i try to log in. Am i SOL till the next forced patch or is there anything i can do to corrct my mistake ?
