Is it possible to get the text on the option butons that come up when you hail a NPC? The NPC dialog option is not always the same, is it possible to see what option 1 says?

Ok I justed tested this by loading it on my work computer and it worked fine first try... Worked on this for 2 hours at home trying every different thing I could find and it never worked... Is there some kind of caching somewhere that would be not loading new settings?

Well kinda just making sure that it does indeed work correctly, or if there is something else I need to change. Here is my file started clean as you can see I added lvl 77 under alchemist in there and thats it. It isn't working. It seems kinda hard to mess up but just isn't working...
