The following information is for those who used ISXEQ2 prior to the launch of the 64bit EQ2 client. If you are new to ISXEQ2, then you can disregard all of this, and simply follow standard installation/setup instructions.

If you used ISXEQ2 prior to the 64bit conversion, these are the steps you should follow:
  1. Make sure that there are no instances of EverQuest 2 running.
  2. Download https://updates.isxgames.com/isxeq2/x64/Extensions/ISXDK35/ISXEQ2.dll and place that file in your /innerspace-install-directory/x64/Extensions/ISXDK35/ directory. (If there is already an ISXEQ2.dll file in this directory, you can overwrite it. Also, if this directory does not exist, then create it.)
  3. Copy all of the XML files from /innerspace-install-directory/Extensions/ to /innerspace-install-directory/x64/Extensions/. In particular, make sure that you copy ISXEQ2.xml.
  4. AFTER you copy over the files, replace /innerspace-install-directory/x64/Extensions/ISXEQ2Radar.xml with the version attached to this post.
At this point, you should be able to use ISXEQ2 as always. If so, then you can disregard the rest of this post. If ISXEQ2 still doesn't work, then you should follow the following steps to completely reinstall:
  1. Make sure that there are no instances of EverQuest 2 running.
  2. Uninstall ISXEQ2 from your computer using "add or remove programs".
  3. Download https://updates.isxgames.com/isxeq2/ISXEQ2.exe and run it. (Please note that the login/password it requests during the installation process is the one you created at https://auth.isxgames.com/amember/login.)
If, after all of this, ISXEQ2 loads but says that you cannot authenticate, then take this attached isxeq2.xml file and put it in your /innerspace-install-directory/x64/Extensions/ directory. Open it with a text editor and change <Setting Name="isxGames Login"></Setting> so that it has your username like <Setting Name="isxGames Login">MYUSERNAME</Setting> and change <Setting Name="isxGames Password"></Setting> so that it is like <Setting Name="isxGames Password">MYPASSWORD</Setting>

The following information is for those who used ISXOgre prior to the launch of the 64bit EQ2 client. If you are new to Ogre, then you can disregard all of this, and simply follow standard installation/setup instructions.

If you used ISXOgre prior to the 64bit conversion, these are the steps you should follow:
  1. Open ONE session with InnerSpace, and copy/paste the following line into the console (including the URL):
    1. TLE-Players: httpget -file "${LavishScript.HomeDirectory}/x64/Extensions/ISXDK35/ISXOgre.dll" https://updater.ogregaming.com/dll/ISXOgre.dll
    2. All other Servers: httpget -file "${LavishScript.HomeDirectory}/x64/Extensions/ISXDK35/ISXOgre.dll" https://updater.ogregaming.com/dll/dev/ISXOgre.dll
  2. Once it has completed downloading, close the session, and then re-open ONE session. ISXEQ2 and ISXOgre should now load.
If you are still having problems with ISXOgre after following the instructions above, or if you don't understand anything with regard to those instructions, then you will need to reinstall ISXOgre entirely. The link and directions are at https://wiki.ogregaming.com/eq2/index.php/NewUserWalkthrough:Page01#Getting_the_file.
