AoD Reforging and 20 AA's

Hi

I have been working my way through CoE and my gear has steadily improved.
I currently have a 6 man team i am focusing on (SK/Defiler/Inq/Brigand/Dirge/Coercer).

I still have alot of adorning to do but at the moment i seem stuck around 1.2mil DPS.
I was wondering if my lack of AoD and not being able to reforge and missing 20AA is a huge handicap?

If i check out my stats my healers are hovering around 350 MA
And my poor coercer has 50 MA
But all of them have Reuse and casting speed well beyond the CAP.
Brigand has 850 MA which could no doubt be used somewhere else.

So my main question is, should i buy AoD at $40 for select character to substantially increase their DPS ?

It depends on whether or not you have the extra cash to purchase AoD for 6 accounts. Especially since it's 40 dollars. It's crazy expensive for what it offers (basically reforging and mercs/BL)

Personally, I don't think it's worth it. You can easily clear all heroic content and even some raid encounters with one group without any reforging.
Does it improve your DPS? Sure, but it's definitely not a requirement. The biggest difference will be gear (red slot/EM raid gear) and adorns imo.

If you want to test the waters....buy AoD for your Coercer account. You will get the best bang for the buck. Melee Coercer with 300+ MA = greatly improved DPS.

Adorning and reforging are pretty big. Most all my toons are 600 ma this is key for dps. But it does cost 40 but if you want to do more raid content then it's worth it.

Reforging is pretty big for healers/mages/scouts. Tanks get less use from it but it's still pretty good.


Also don't reforge away from your scout's MA, more than likely it's actually a loss in dps.
