Sure, First on the tank you need to add the ability into your cast stack, and Add an Announce for it under the announce tab, then on the rest of the toons, goto your OnEvents tab and select OnIncomingText, then use the Text you setup in the announce and use the command "RI_Obj_CB:Cast["Balanced Synergy",1]"
