This is available on the SVN as: buffme.iss
What is it:
Simply put, it's a buffing script.
You go into the script, setup your character, their buff spells, and also as a feature, you can set if that spell needs to be put on a specific player.
If you have something like Vim or a spell that can be placed on single targets multiple times, you can easily add that, as seen in Healtastic's section of the script, where he targets Tanktastic for 3 spells, and then targets himself for one of those 3 spells as he can use it too.
This is for people who wanted a better buff routine, and do not use EQ2Bot.
Checks for prerequisites to casting a buff:
Am I standing still.
Am I over 90% health.
Am I out of combat.
Is the spell I want to cast not already on me (or on my target).
Cheers! Enjoy

********** UPDATED 5.31.2008 *************
New targetting method introduced: /useabilityonplayer TargetName SpellName
No longer will your buff routine require an active target in EQ2, so your buffs wont get mixed up, and you wont have to pause other scripts.
