Can't install .net 2.0

To start my problem off by telling you I got everything but net 2.0 installed. Which is why EQ2 crashs when I run innerspace/EQ2 default profile. I followed the instructions but now realise I need .net 2.0 for it to work. When I install .net 2.0 I get a report to microsoft error report saying how it is incompatible and tells me to install some other .net versions. Tryed that. Any Ideas??

if i'm not mistaken .net frameworks can be installed via windows update if you choose the custom option instead of the express. You can then see all the updates not just the emergency updates.

Thats in germen and i've downloaded 3.0 too. PLease someone help.


update: I got .net 2.0 installed now. The problem now is eq2 will crash when i type in my logon info and wasnts me to send a error report, pff. Any suggestions??

Incorrect eq2 client version which you would see if you hit the ~ and watched the console before logging into eq2.

There's numerous threads on this and how to resolve it.
