Char Wont Autofollow When Flying/swimming

I am having an issue with one of my chars(shaman if it matters?) where they refuse to follow my tank.

They will sometimes just stand still when on land and group will fly off. Other times it will go up vertically to follow but wont go horizontal(to follow as other chars do).

Any ideas what that char may enabled/disabled that is causing this?

Check it's EQ2 movement keybinds.
Try to enable debug on OgreBot to see what it's trying to do.
