It seems that if you purchased Terrors of Thalumbra expansion codes from PlayerAuctions you were given codes that may have been purchased using a stolen credit card. The seller of those codes has issued a chargeback for those codes, which causes DBG to ban any accounts associated with the codes. This means that the PA seller has stuck DBG with the chargeback fees. DBG has always had a policy of banning people who chargeback along with any other accounts they have proof belong to the same person. This isn't something new. They are trying to run a business and can't be expected to absorb the cost of people being cheap on buying expansions. As of right now, this has nothing to do with ISXEQ2, ISXOgre, or ISXBJ. Amadeus will make a posting when he knows more information.
