computer freeze

i was just able to get back on eq2 due to patcher issue and tryed to load isx when the blue drop down screen come on i type ext isxeq2 and hit enter then eq freezes ive tryed it several time now and game playes normal until i try to load isx then computer freeze worked fine befor the shut down what happen is there a update?does any 1 have any idea how to fix this issue

This sounds almost like the issue I was having except yours was working before the downtime happened. I still havent gotten mine to work yet either.
