Computers Not Seeing Each Other

Over the holidays I decided to upgrade my older computer. Now that it's done, I cannot get the computers to see each other in innerspace. I have the *Enable incoming connections on port 10101 active on both computers (Computer1 & Computer2, respectively), both computers have innerspace active with access through the windows firewall...but still, they don't see each other...any suggestions?

If you haven't rebooted since enabling the incoming ports try that. If that's not it, and you have some type of anti-virus (AVG free for example) you "may" have to temporarily disable it although I'm thinking you may just need a reboot to let the port option after windows. If you open up a command prompt and issue netstat -a you probably don't see your pc listening (both) on port 10101. Reboot and check it again.

Yeah, I have rebooted several times and always press connect on all my characters (6box). When I press list IP's it only show's the computer that I am pressing "list" on. I only run widows firewall, which both have innerspace allowed access. I also checked to be sure my computers were both able to access my home Network (workgroup, respectively). I will try to re-install the entire program on the new computer, maybe I skipped an important step.

I've found my computer name and uplink name has to be the same else others are not able to connect to it. You can always use the IP to connect also. Not sure how that will work with the remoteuplink commands.
