Console Hotkey Change?

I just want to change the hotkey for opening the console from my tilde key (`) to something else. I use the tilde as a convenient ability hotkey on all my characters. How do I change this, if I even can?

The easiest way is to download ISBoxer. You can change the key using that.

In config for Innerspace, General, Session -Startup - the line to bind a key to console is there. I've never changed mine but I assume that's where you'd do it.
