Console key?

OK this might seem like a stupid question because I know where the console command key is on an American keyboard, the ~ key but my friend has a Swiss keyboard and cant seem to find the console key. Can anyone Please help?

It's going to be what we consider on the US keyboard to be the - or + keys to the right of zero and left of Backspace. They have ?, ', ^, ~ all up there and ` is generally there too, which is the console key.

It SHOULD be on of those 2 keys, just have to shift or control to get it.

Well... for some reason it is not any of those keys. He said he has tried them all. Is there a way to find where the key is bound to so maybe he can change it in the actual files? or is there a way to insert the files if he is lacking them?

1. right click the innerspace icon in the tray.
2. select configuration.
3. click the session startup button.
4. select "Console" from the list on the left.
5. change the ` key in the box on the right.
6. click finish.
