Could someone help me with this prob please

I've ben looking all over for a program that can help me box vanguard, ive tried everything i havent gotten any real response and everytime i try to box it says vg.exe is already running and ive tried innerspace but it didnt work, i was recomended to try this forum and se if there is anyone here that can help me with my prob, thanks
