craft overshoot

My craft bot seems to want the crafter to overshoot the crafting station when I start it up. it gets the quest, gets the clipboard set up properly turns to the crafting station and then runs at it but doesn't stop. It just keeps charging in that direction like its on auto-run.
I have reset all of the changes in the movement keys back to their defaults. It crafts properly if I move the character to the station.
Why would it do this?

I have had the same problem with I have the cursor in the chat as if I was going to type. Not sure if your having that problem too. I have just learned to wait for the bot to stop its movement before clicking chat. Hope this helps.

Similar problem for me except my bot will stop at the crafting station in a good range to use it, but then backup a few times and occasionally will get out of range to use the station causing the too far away message to be displayed and the writ to be failed.

@bjcasey:
Lavish nav uses several "back steps" to stop, if you hit a lag spike it can some times move you just out of range, but it is still close enough for Craft to not think you should move forward any.

@gnsteele
The nav system works on key presses, if you are currently chatting while craft is moving you it will never receive the "stop moving" key press. (5 presses of "_MOVEBACKWARD_")

@OP:
Make sure you do not have any spaces or odd characters in the Movement section of craft. You should have your "backwards" button set to the same button it shows in the "movement" tab of Craft. This "should" fix your problem.

Personally, I modified the nav lib and turned it down to 2 back steps instead of 5

Line 342 of EQ2Nav_Lib.iss in EQ2Navigation.
Perfect, I'll try that out. Also, I'm experimenting with stacking all of the crafting machines on top of each other and placing all the merchants really close to them. By selecting USE CURRENT SELECTED STATION the bots never move and are never out of range. Obviously your idea is much less botty so I'll give that a try tomorrow.

Thanks.
