Craft - Transmuting Filter

How do I get the transmuting recipe filter box to show under craft?

I'm targetting the workbench, have the recipes in the book but it's not showing as an option, just Standard , Imbued and Rare.

It did show for some reason once , but I can't seem to duplicate it again.

set your level range to 400 and you will get the Mutter / tinkerer options

tinker/transmuter recipe "levels" are skill levels. Set your range from 1 to whatever and you'll see the checkbox.

I have both tinkering and transmuting. When I refresh the list, the checkbox for Tinkering appears but not transmuting. Even though the drop down list shows adornment recipes.

I am not sure if this is the correct spot to post this. I am having a simular problem, but when I put the 1 to X number in the field it shows the adorner click box but not the tinkerer click box. I am both but need to start the tinkering leveling of my toon. any thoughts on what I need to do to make it show the tinkering box?

The checkbox in question is for both. There is no separation in the script for tinkering and transmuting.
