I cant see how to get my crafters to do Adorning and Tinkering.

I really need a step by step guide for this.

Change the max level to 400.

I just went through this, tinker and adorning are covered by the same secondary skill check box. Check that, make level 1 to 90, sort by level, refresh list. and they are in there.
