Crash on Load

I loaded Lavish and Innerspace last night and followed the tutorial to set everything up. It prompted me for the innerspace account info accepted it then EQ2 promptly crashed. I restarted through Innerspace using the default profile as indicated and crashed again. Game loads fine without and crashes as soon as I use the "~" and try to load manually.

I am running Windows Vista 32

Is this something simple that others have run across or do I need to do an official bug report?

My guess if you're using the wrong version of everquest.exe , I think the current exe needed is the one dated 16th June on http://isxeq2.twonk.net/binaries/autoupdated/

Up and running, I was hoping it was something simple, Now I can work on figuring out the crafting program. Thanks a bunch!!!
