custom writ problem

Hey all, I'm new to using isx, I have to say its a great program. I have 2 issues, 1 with the custom writs leveling a tailor. When I hit the 40's the writs didn't work being some references were missing in the custom writ xml file. It looks rather straight forward on how to add your own lines, but here is the problem i have run into. I edited the file (with isx & innerspace both closed) adding the proper lines to the file.

When i ran eq2craft & do a writ, when it goes to do the second writ it stops working and shuts off. Generally either resets my custom file to the original or it wipes out the custom writ file leaving only the start of the info in the file with no recipe references.

The second question is editing the harvesting file adding the missing nodes in timorous deep the toon will get the T1 nodes I added in but ignore the T2 nodes that are listed in the file. Not sure why it will not harvest both.

I am having a similar problem as a tailor. It keeps wiping the customwrits file to the one from svn, so basically it will be altered how I want it until i try to run the script, I'm not sure if this is a bug or maybe I'm not understanding this right, but I used to use this file before and had no problems with it wiping the file like this.

I think I have found my problem with this. I had updated wrong and had scripts in directories where they shouldnt have been. It still worked to some degree but was messing up. I uninstalled ISX & Innerspace and started over. The tailor writs seemed to have worked ok after that.
