Difficaulty Authenticating Isxeve

Hi! I renewed my subscription for three months yesterday, but I get the message "Your subscription has expired" while trying to use ISXEVE within EVE. I have examined the .xml file and the username and password are correct. Using those login details on this forum/the account management page tells me my subscription is active.

Can anybody help me? I don't remember any delay between paying and having my account recognized as active previously. I can't think of anything else to try...
