Dirge Setup

I'd be interested in this aswell...

I can't quite seem to get my dirge to fully utilize his bump and backstabs. Could be machine lag or me having other ca's maintained but a lot of times the bot will bump and then skip over the backstabs.

Mine? Well if you were asking me - my dirge is geared in a mix of mostly PQ gear and a couple pieces of T1 + fabled SF instance jewelry. His dps is really hit or miss dpending on if the backstabs land....i'd estimate an average of 12k for a 1 min fight which feels really low.

It's funny no one wants to post their dirge screenies. I am getting 5K dps in REALLY crappy gear. You don't want mine.

With that said, I will work on mine tonight on the dummy and then post my screens. Mine shouldn't be used though, my VC are only about 7K average.

Here's my dirge settings. He typically parses 15k - 25k with little to no buffs in my 4 bot group of Guardian, Warden, Dirge and Coercer. His gear is a mix of PQ and some of the better heroic dropped stuff and currently he has 287 AA's.

Under the dirge tab I just have both ticked and let the bot do it's thing. If I don't want VC cast at a particular time I untick VC and I have added a VC button to my Ogre MCP.

Example: Last night I was trying to burn the last named in Fortress Spire. This fight requires a joust and I noticed that my dirge was casting VC while we were jousted out. Since I have a low DPS group (due to not having a real DPS class and only using 4 toons) I needed VC to do as much spike damage as possible. So I unticked VC in the dirge options, but still allowed him to cast RO. Then after the joust was over I would cast VC through the MCP.

Are there any more CA's listed in your routine...to these tabs? Looks like there may be more, but the window cuts it off. My dirge is only doing half what your saying, so any tips on spell rotation would be great.

The CA's tab has the debuffs at the beginning, but they are greyed out. I only select them if i'm fighting trash that is really difficult.

The Named CA's tab has more skills at the bottom of it, but it is the same list as the CA's tab. You can compare the two of them.

This is something I have been playing with the past couple days.

I also have been unhappy with the performance of my dirge, which up until this past sauturday averaged 15k with peaks at 25k dps. I have adjusted spell rotations and everything. I then consulted one of our raid dirges who is putting up numbers around 80-100K with DOV T1 and x2 gear. The best advice he gavem me was a spec change.

Str 8,4,10,1
Agi 4,4,10 (8 in Stealthy Ambush)
Sta 4,4,10
Wis 4,4,10 (8 in Swift Voices)

Re Adorn - Every piece of White, Yellow, Red to multi-attack you can

My Dirge Stats for comparisson(self buffed w/out battly cry, my swashy owns BC)

Crit - 221
Crit Bonus - 143
potency - 127
ability mod - 576
Multi-Attack - 195
flurry - 2%
Agility - 2649

Gear - All Legendary Instance on armour side cept SF T1 boots
Blades - Zorglims Blade(x2) and Blood Drenched Dirk(crafted)
Jewels - Legendary DOV and 2 DOV x2 pieces

After the spec and adornment adjustments - avg 34k dps and spikes over 50k on the bot

played straight up averaging 45k with spikes to 60's

My Box Group is a Guardian (30-40K), Swashy (80-120k geared to the nines has hardmode gear), Coercer (15-30k work in progress), Dirge (30-40k), Templar (0k) , Fury (10-20k) Group average is about 230k in DOV instances and wish i had more

Could you post your swashy ogre setup? My swashy only does 30k or so and he is in full t3 with some new dov stuff I know I won't get your numbers but would like to see what you have.
