Disappearing UI?

Hello all. I've been having an intermittent issue with ISXEQ2 that I haven't been able to fix on my own. If there even is a fix =/

Here is the issue: Randomly while Innerspace/ISXEQ2 are loaded, my UI breaks in-game. What happens is that it will flicker once or twice, then pretty much disappear. Certain elements are visible, like window background pieces for health bars and chat windows, but no text is visible, nor the "frame" elements of the UI. This only happens when ISXEQ2 is loaded.

It doesn't always happen, and its random. I can't get a screenshot to post, because when this happens and I hit the screenshot key, the game crashes and doesn't take the screenshot. Print Screen, for whatever reason, also doesn't take a snapshot of the game to paste into Paint or whatnot.

System/Misc. info:

EQ2 running in windowed mode.
Windows 7 Pro 32-Bit, all patches and updates
ATI Radeon HD 4650, 10.10 Driver
AMD Athlon II X2 245
3 Gigs of RAM

According to the resource HUD that InnerSpace has (which is visible), neither the normal RAM nor graphics memory have run out when it happens, and nothing in the computer is overheating when it happens, either. Overheating was my first guess, but each time its occurred, the highest temperature on the things my sensor reads was 62C - which is pretty much normal in my case.

I'm not sure whats causing the issue. I thought it might have been a driver issue, so I un-installed the drivers that were installed, updated to the newest ones, and it still happen. I've also tried older drivers, back to the 9.8 driver, without any luck. Any ideas? Its not annoying enough to make me stop using ISX, but it IS annoying and I'd like to fix it if possible.

Thanks in advance for any help :)

If you haven't already, in the console (after isxeq2 is loaded) enter the following:

ISXEQ2:NoFog[disable]

Not sure if this is the cause, but I think that I remember UI issues being one of the symptoms of the ATI memory leak. Disabling the NoFog benefit fixes the memory leak.

is this command permanent, and if not can it be added to the game configuration > profile > start up sequence ( the same place we use the ext isxeq2 command)?
