Drop down menus not scrolling

When I installed ISXVG and ran VGA, the HUD was black and couldn't see most of the menus, more like a contrast theme look. To correct this issue I used the VSkin.exe Blazer made. But now none of my drop down menus will scroll up or down, so i can choose abilities/recipes.

Any thoughts on how i can fix this?
