Dungeon Maker

Been using the bot for its crafting primarily, but currently curious if there are class scripts already implemented, or if they would need to be created.

Loving the bot, and so far only used it for crafting. Really enjoying the program, and more than willing to learn the script process to build a basic class for DM instances. More less just to grind aa's for.

DM instances are pretty simple already, nothing a simple bot couldn't handle pulling from range and following simple waypoints.

Just curious.

From what I understand you use dropped avatars just like the avatar portion of the DoF arena. 5-6 abilities and that's it.

They're special avatars with, as bjcasey says, usually 4-6 abilities. I don't think anyone has publicly released anything for running the zones, probably because there rewards aren't all that interesting.

I can't speak for Ogre, but I suspect the effort required to get EQ2Bot to work with DM wouldn't be overly high. The only difficulty would be creating a "class detector" that worked reliably, at which point you'd just need to write a standard class file.

Thanks for the responses guys =) I'll look into it some more and see if I can't figure it out.

Typically, the standard classes have only 4-6 abilities. I'm on Freeport, and there are quite a few DC's that are single/double pulls, nothing that you can't handle by yourself. But the AA xp from them are pretty decent. Theres one I run 3-4x a week that's pretty linear and gives A LOT of xp for a clear. I have the best luck running either the Fighter or Scout avatar, the priest/mage ones are pretty useless.
