EQ2bot and Templar settings

Hey its your friendly neighborhood noob again. Ive been having some trouble getting my templar setup to heal properly. Sometimes it heals just fine and other times it just sits there and does nothing all in the same eq2bot session. Also, I'm not sure about the section with the MT heal %, Group heal % and Pet heal %. Can someone kinda briefly go over the basics of a main tank and templar grouped setup? Should MA be assigned for the Templar?

Thanks!

Anyone?

Is there a section you can refer me to to read up on this if no one wants to answer lol? Also, Everytime I make a change to eq2bot, should I end the script and load it back up or can i make changes as I go? If I have buff reactives only, will it only cast cures and heals once someone is poisoned etc and nothing else or will the rest of the bot continue to operate?
Sorry for the many questions, I'm just trying to get a firm understanding of how its all supposed to come together. Thanks in advance!

Once started you can PAUSE it, the STOP button only stops the pather functions.

Any checks and unchecks and sets are all real-time once the bot is started and is not paused. If you want to STOP it hit F11, otherwise the PAUSE is adequate.

Do you know what the heal percentages ratio is for/ how to allocate? Are all three together supposed to total 100 percent or is it supposed to heal each one when their health drops a certain percentage i.e:

Tank :80%
Group: 70%
Pet: 80%

If I have a conj and templar group, using the pet as main tank... Would it be set up like so:?

Conj:
MT not checked but pet name selected
MA unchecked

Templar:
MT unchecked but pet selected
MA checked

????? I want the templar to heal the pet first, then heal group members when they start to get around 80 percent or so. Right now I cant seem to get it to heal the pet at all but it will heal the conj when it doesnt even need it.

Each heal percent is seperate.

If you want a party member to be healed when there health is at 70 percent set the group heal percent to 70%

The Main Tank heal percent is the percent you want the person you selected as the main tank to be healed at.

I wasn't able to test the pet heals because I don't have any classes with pets but the same idea applies if you want the pet to be healed when it's health drops to 90% then put 90 in the box.

Also make sure you have the latest version of the script.

If you want the pet to be the MT make sure you have the pet selected and the MT box checked. The MA needs to be your puller.

Hope this helps.

Solo environment only:
Ok cool. So I use my pet to pull ( MA ) as well as the main tank (MT).
Should the MT just have my pets name selected and left unchecked?
Should the MA have my pets name as well and left unchecked?

If I check them doesnt it mean the the one casting the pet is the MA or MT? In other words if they are checked, doesnt it tell the bot that the conjuror is the main tank and main assist and not the pet?

As for the healer, She should have MT and MA unchecked as well and have the pets name selected right?

Thanks its starting to work a lot better! Also, any idea why the templar would suddenly just stop auto-following after a battle or two?

Your are correct. Whenever you check the box for main tank or main assist it makes the current toon act as the MT or MA. Therefore when using a pet as either you need to just have all your toons have them selected in the drop down box without checking the box.

Not sure why autofollow wouldn't work. Try using the auto-follow on the extras screen.

Yeah a I tried just the extra tab, i tried both of them selected and just the one on main checked and it still stops af'ing after a batlle or two.
