eq2harvest issues

when i try and run eq2harvers in butcherblock it gives me a message that says

There was no valid path found!
check C-/program files/innerspace/scripts/eq2harvest/navigationalpaths/03_rgn_butcherblock.xml

but when i go and look for that wml file it is not there what do i have to do to fix this.
