I am having some odd bugs, it will run ok for awhile, then stop harvesting the nodes. it finds the nodes, and runs to them, sometimes it will start harvesting them, but before it finishes harvesting, it runs off to the next one. eventually not even looking for nodes, just following the path around the zone.

I have also made paths with eq2pather and named points just disapear from my start/finish selection I always make sure to have some named "start" and "finish", but like to do the old chomper -> foomby route in el

hrm...I've seen it occasionally stop in the middle of harvesting a node and run off to the next one for seemingly no reason. I'll try a bit harder to pin it down, but no promises.

when this happens, that node is likely added to the blacklist the same way it would be if it were up in a tree or otherwise unreachable, so once an area is pretty well picked over you're probably just reaching a point where all the nodes have been tried once already and you're out of luck until a new one pops.

first off, you should be using eq2harvestpath to make paths for harvest (and maybe that's what you meant)...at any rate, i'm not sure why/if it does anything to disturb already existing paths.

if you look at the experimental directory on SVN, there are new versions of harvest-related files that I'm testing out. they replace eq2harvestpath with a graphical interface built right into the bot. if you wouldn't mind, test those out a bit and let me know if you have the same issues.

yea, I'm using the one that eq2harvest runs

I will try the files from the experimental directory after work tonight, thanks for the help!

ok, I used the new version from the experimental directory and it still did the node harvest/skip thing for awhile, but later when I tested it again, it worked fine. I think it was a lag issue becuase generally when I first get home I notice alot of lag, and it seems to even out, and as it lessened, the script worked better.

as for the names in the eq2harvestpather.iss, when I used the gui tab to put in new named points they never showed up on the other tab. Also, I could not select rivervale which is already in the file.
