Exporting Ogre Export Ability Ids To A File/database

I'd like to have a list of all my characters ability IDs for scripts, etc.

Obviously I can see what the IDs are by doing an ogre export, but is there a way to copy/paste that export text into a. doc file or something? Don't really want to type them out.

Why not just open the export file?

Will be under;
\Innerspace\Scripts\EQ2OgreBot\Ability_Information

Or similar.
