Looks like they did it to us again!

Yeah, the dev team had to. This one was aimed squarely at the chinese farmers that spam you in game; some things are changed that will hopefully lead to being able to cut back on the spam you receive from them. Obviously they had to do a forced patch, or those guys would be able to use the old client just as much as IS users could.
