Patch your everquest 2 running it with the 'Default' option and patiently wait for an update to isxeq2.

ZONES
Nektulos - The avatar of hate should now respawn correctly if a raid wipes on him.
Palace of Ferzhul - Ferzhul should no longer fail to unlock his portion of Varsoon’s portal if players kill all of his adds before killing him.
Veeshan’s Peak - Milyex Vioren’s engineer should no longer sometimes become unkillable.
Ykesha’s Inner Stronghold - Tyrannus the Dark should do somewhat less Crushing Void damage to players who keep their distance.

ITEMS
The Unstable Void Tunnel will no longer work while in PvP combat.
The Escape Root will no longer work while in PvP combat.
The Smoke Vials of Escape will no longer work while in PvP combat.

Good friend. Don't worry, the down time during patches is minimal at best. Great team running things around here, or at least they lead you to believe.
