is there a way to find the recovery time to change forms?
the IsReady tag returns yes even if you need to wait a period of time between switching forms.
I have the same problem with my Blood Mage. What I discovered is after changing forms you have to wait for 2.5 seconds before trying to change forms. Also, after changing form the system seems to go into a Global Cooldown. During this period, I can sometimes cast a spell or must wait it out before trying to do anything.
On the side note, I don't have this problem with the Shaman. Its instant and doesn't toggle any kind of cooldown.
