well think i found out what it is, seems that when the harvester runs and gets stuck it shuts down the script and eq2. Tho apparently it doesn't always do it when you get stuck on an object.
When the script gets totally stuck , and I mean totally , unable to move in any direction at all , rather than keep moving and make it obvious it's a script it exits and closes down EQ2 to avoid detection.
