Help with loot settings in Ogrebot

Ok,

Here is how I want looting for my group setup:

1.) Scout should try to open chest and disarm trap before other characters
2.) All characters should automatically loot spirits / obols from chests
3.) I want master looting on character I am playing so I can assign loot properly

My problem is that if I set all bots to loot, someone will trigger the trap. Any recommended setups?

Set your scout to automatically "loot chests/corpses". If you have loot set to leader only, he will not be able to open the chest, but will still disarm the trap.

Manually click chests on your main looter, and distribute loot.

As long as all characters are set to auto Greed/Accept, they will all loot their obols and spirits once your main looter has opened the chest.

I will check the auto greed/accept. However, I think it is working fine unless there is a greater spirit in the chest. When there is a greater spirit, it opens up a "loot all / loot item" dialog box on every bot.

Ok, I set things up exactly as you suggested. It works for Obols, but if the chest has a Spirit or Essence in it, it pops up a separate loot window on every bot screen. Now, I am not looting enough for it to be a big problem, but I would prefer to not to have to switch / click 5 other windows.

There does seem to be an issue where if an Obol and a Spirit drop, it wont accept loot, and have to manually do it. Not found any solution yet, but not exactly a major issue.

I have 2 of 8 bots that don't loot obols/blue things. Everything else seems fine *shrug*

Both are scouts and are set to loot the chests with "leader loot only"

Strange, all mine loot their obols and spirits every time.

Check the loot tab in ogre, and make sure you have Accept Any Tradeable under FFA loot options, as well as Auto Confirm No-Trade and Heirloom under Misc. options.

What group loot settings are you using in EQ2? Leader Only, Legendary+, etc?

Ok, figured this one out. My Ogrebot settings were fine, my EQ2 settings were off. I went into the /group loot window for each character and set auto loot method to greed/accept where it was not active before. That fixed the problem.
