Help with repository?

I am a newbe with isxeq2 and have gotten it to work but I cant seem to be able to get the updated files via the svn update..Ive copied the url exactly but tortoise doesnt seem to connect to anything..Im about out of ideas..I created a file C:/isxeq2scripts then right clicked on it and at checkout screen used the http http://www.isxgames.com/isxScripts/EverQuest2 (LavishScript)/ and when I check out it does nothing.Im running windows 7 64bit and bitdefender antivirus. Am I missing something? Thanks for any help.

you could have a firewall blocking it somewhere (be it on your computer or isp)

turned bitdefender firewall to allow all and got tortoisessvn to say 294bytes transferred at 0byts/s hour glass keeps spinning but nothing else comming thru. I have firewall on router turned off..Also windows firewall and bitdender are off and still nothing..Am I missing a firewall somewhere?

Is there any other way to update the files if I cant get svn to work?
