Help with VGCraftBot

So I have innerspace, isxvg and the craft bot installed...

I load the game through Innerspace, then load ISXVG then runscript vgcraftbot, however I do not see the window that is shown where I can select which difficulties to craft at and such, its just the normal game screen, is there a command im missing?

I've tried to find a tutorial on this but perhaps I've missed that as well...

It does this for me as well, I have found that it gets stuck on the patcher...
If you end the script and restart it you will see the GUI.
/endscript VGCraftbot
/run VGcraftbot

works for me.
