How do I level tinkering now?

Tried to quite for a few months, that didn't work out. Anyway, looks like when they made the recipe changes, the crafting program got changed too and now tinkering recipes are not showing up....does anyone know if there's still a way to level tinkering, maybe a different command from "craft" ?

Ooops...thanks for the reply, I guess it had been too long and had been online too many hours for one day =P
Prior post helped, set range from 1-400 and hit refresh and the tinkering box to check showed up shortly after....Thanks!
